Cemalettin Turan

Cemalettin Turan has been providing services in the fields of tax law and practice as well as independent audit at BDO Türkiye since 1996. He is proficient in Income, Corporate, Value Added and Special Consumption Taxes. He gives services regarding national and international taxation, tax audits, mergers/acqusitions, demergers, due diligence, public listing and restructuring to many national and international companies operating in industries such as chemistry, energy, petrol, textile, iron and steel, immovable properties, ship construction, private education and logistics.

Prior to joining BDO Turkey in 1996, he worked at Finance Ministry of Turkey as a Tax Inspector for 10 years; conducted tax inspections at national and international large taxpayers operating in production, construction and tourism industries. He made researches in the fields of gross national income and tax load calculations in the UK where he was assigned temporarily by Finance Ministry of Turkey in 1993-1994.
