Halit Başbuğa

Halit Başbuğa joined BDO Turkey in 2019.

He is specialized in Social Security and Labor Law. Before joining BDO, he worked as Debt Enforcement Officer between 2010 and 2013, Assistant Controller and Controller between 2013 and 2019 in Social Security Institution(SGK).

He is an expert in Employment Incentives of Social Security Institution (SGK), Employment Incentives of Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and Employment Incentives of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB).

He provides advisory services to many of international companies operating in industries such as manufacturing, construction, marketing, textile, insurance and banking. 

His scientific articles on academic and professional issues (Labor Economics and Industrial Relations) have been published in international and national refereed journals.
