DECLARATION OF DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION UNDER THE LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We share your sensitivity regarding the protection of your personal data and, in this context, we store your data in accordance with the procedures and principles established in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), which entered into force following its publication in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2016, and in accordance with the law and good faith.
Within the scope of the Law, our company has the title of Data Controller and carries out the necessary compliance activities to fulfil the obligations required by this title.
Your personal data may be processed by BDO Türkiye, as the Data Controller, within the framework of this Law, for the purpose of providing better service to you, making communications related to our services, collecting and compiling statistical information, and developing commercial activities, for the period required by the relevant legislation. It may be shared with public institutions and organizations with which our company cooperates or is legally obliged to cooperate, and/or with third-party individuals/legal entities, service providers, suppliers, and insurance companies located in Türkiye or abroad, in the event of legal or service-related necessities. It may also be transferred abroad or processed, including measures to prevent its use, in the event of legal or service-related necessities.

In this regard, you may, at any time, apply to our Company, which is the Data Controller under Article 11 of the Law, and exercise the rights listed below. Accordingly, our clients whose personal data are processed have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is processed,
- Request information regarding the processed personal data, if any,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether these data are used in accordance with the purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, request the correction of any errors in their personal data, and if the data has been transferred, request that the correction be made by the third party to whom the data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of their personal data when the reasons for processing these data no longer exist, and if the data has been transferred, request that this request be communicated to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to any adverse outcome arising from the processing of the data,
- In the case of damage resulting from unlawful data processing, request compensation for their damages under the law.
