Investment Planning Period

• Preparation of market and feasibility studies.

• Independent review of third parties feasibility and marketing studies.

• Search and selection of a hotel management or franchiser company. Evaluating and negotiating management contracts, franchise or lease agreements. Negotiating other side agreements (such as technical services agreement).

• Meeting with architects and interior decorators to discuss project concept and mix of facilities.

• Assisting investors to find co investors and contacts with financial institutions.

• Assistance in connection with purchase of hotels.
